The Leadership Conversation is designed for leaders at all levels of their careers. The “conversation” allows for powerful learning experiences and the sharing of knowledge and best practice across generations, cultures and industries. If you are in any kind of leadership role, from preparing to step into your first role leading other people, to a seasoned leader on a large team, the Leadership Conversation will help improve your leadership capabilities.
During the times when a program is running, you should aim to spend about 1-2 hours per week. You can spend that 1-2 hours anytime you like; all at once in 1 day at work, 15 mins a day for 7 days on the way to work, whatever suits you. When no programs are running you can spend as much or as little time as you like, studying resources, sharing knowledge with your peers, joining discussions and reviewing programs you’ve already completed.
The Leadership Conversation contains 4 structured programs which are run at set times over the duration of the Leadership Conversation. The 4 programs are:
Each program runs for 4 weeks and will take about 6 hours of learning time. In addition to the 4 programs are 100s of informal learning resources (videos, case studies, articles) which you can study anytime you like.
There are no teachers or facilitators. There is a community mentor for your program who can answer questions you might have about the program and who will help facilitate and improve your discussions. But the bulk of the learning is designed to be led by you, the learner.
Yes, you can access the Leadership Conversation via the browser on your tablet or smartphone. We support both Android and iOS devices. Just type in address we email you when you first register in the browser on your mobile device and sign in. You can access all content and feature on a mobile browser as you can on your laptop or desktop.
When you complete all 4 programs in the Leadership Conversation you will receive a completion certificate from CCL and Nomadic learning.
You will have access to the Leadership Conversation for 1 year from the start of your first program. At the conclusion of your first year you can choose to renew your licenses and attend new programs in the second year of the Leadership Conversation.
You can pay by credit card, or at check out you can choose to have an invoice emailed to you and you can pay by bank transfer. Bank transfers must be made with 15 days of receiving an invoice.
Using our online registration and payment system you can enroll up to 10 people in one go. If you have more than 10 users you would like to enroll, please contact us.
Yes, if you have more than 10 people in your organization who would like to join the Leadership Conversation together, contact us to discuss your options.
You may cancel your membership to the Leadership Conversation before your first program starts and you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after you have started the first program you will not receive any refund. If you have made a group purchase of more than 1 license, you can transfer 1 license only to a new participant, should one of your original participants drop out.
